They are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing property department.With a strong reputation in the local community, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional conveyancing solutions to their clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join their expanding Cardiff team.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions for clients. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage all necessary legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts of sale, transfer documents, and mortgage agreements.

• Conduct thorough property searches to uncover any potential issues, such as title defects, easements, or zoning restrictions.

• Coordinate with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

• Stay updated with changes in property law, conveyancing practices, and industry trends.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.

• Manage own varied caseload of Residential Property matters independently

Qualifications and Experience:

• CLC, CILEx or SRA qualified candidates are preferred, although other applications will be considered

• Previous experience in a Residential Conveyancing department managing a varied caseload independently

• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.

  Ability to work in a targeted-based environment and continuously deliver against agreed KPIs and targets.
