SalaryI have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a reputable and well-established law firm in Sheffield.
The firm is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling a variety of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, equity release schemes and leasehold enfranchisement.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion, using a case management system and adhering to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme standards. You will also be expected to supervise and mentor a small team of junior conveyancers and paralegals, and assist in the development and growth of the department.
