Salary Dependent upon experience
Join our clients vibrant conveyancing team in Tonbridge! This role involves providing comprehensive secretarial support, managing diaries, welcoming clients, transcribing audio, processing searches, and handling telephone inquiries. You'll also assist with general typing, correspondence, and legal form preparation.
Ideal candidates will possess solid Residential Conveyancing experience within a legal setting and demonstrate strong initiative.
This role demands proactive individuals with excellent client rapport and technical proficiency.
Familiarity with Land Registry Portal, BigHand, Oyez Forms, Searchflow, and/or Partner 4 Windows is advantageous.
