Residential Conveyancing team, aiding multiple fee earners and a Partner. Your responsibilities will encompass various
Legal Secretary tasks, such as audio and copy typing, handling client calls and inquiries, updating records, managing file correspondence, scheduling appointments, opening and closing files, conducting searches, and undertaking any other necessary administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess prior legal secretarial experience within conveyancing, especially within completions and exchanges. You should be enthusiastic, organised and have strong communication abilities, and a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality.
