The successful applicant will handle a standard caseload of complex residential property matters, whilst ensuring excellent performance. Due to the face-to-face nature of this position, the role will be solely office based. Responsibilities • Sales and purchases • New builds • Re-mortgages • Registered and unregistered properties • Help to buy • Shared ownership • Leases • Liaising with clients and external professionals The Candidate • Qualified solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE • Technical proficiency in all aspects of conveyancing is essential •
Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision • Excellent communication and client care skills • Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines and department billing targets • Has a desire for professional development.
