RESIDENTIAL HOME MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME OLDER PERSONS - CHESTERFIELD

COMMUTABLE FROM CHESTERFIELD, SHEFFIELD, DRONFIELD, MANSFIELD, ALFRETON & SURROUNDING AREAS

SALARY 45,000 - 5 WEEKS HOLIDAYS PLUS 8 BANK HOLS

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to manage a small overall good general residential care home for older persons in the Chesterfield area.
Working for a private and reputable care provider you will be responsible for managing a small to medium sized care home for older people general and dementia. The home is rated Overall Good with a good reputation with external agencies.

Rewards Package of Residential Care Home Manager:

• 45,000pa basic salary (Reviewed annually)
• Up to 33 Days Annual Leave allowance
• Opportunity to develop and progress

Responsibilities of Residential Care Home Manager:

• Management of Finances and Budgets
• Ensuring the smooth running of the home on a daily basis
• You will lead, motivate and inspire your teams to ensure the care you are delivering is of the highest quality, exceeding the internal quality expectations as well as those of the CQC

The criteria to be successful in applying for this role:

• You'll have a strong background in working with general residential in the elderly care sector at Home Manager level with a good CQC track record
• A dynamic, confident and innovative leader with good networking skills and the ability to manage a team with an open, approachable personality
• You will have good longevity & experience of working in care homes for Older People.
