LETTINGS INSPECTION OFFICER, NOTTINGHAM

This progressive, expanding, modern estate agents are now looking for a professional Lettings Inspections Officer confident in conducting routine inspections on their portfolio of managed lettings properties. Along with Inventories on properties prior to tenants moving in and inspections once tenants have moved out of properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has high attention to detail, punctual and who is organised to join a forward thinking, fast growing estate agent. Where clients will always be at the centre of the business and receive the best possible advice, support, and performance from this team.
They are looking to fill the role with a start date ASAP.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting inspections on the lettings portfolio.
- Informing Landlords of the condition of their property and potentially also organising such maintenance work to be carried out at the property.
- Carrying in out schedule of conditions prior to the tenants moving into the property.
- Carrying out Check-out inspections once tenants have vacated.
- Giving a top quality service
- Making sure the properties are in a satisfactory condition ready to move into
Qualifications and Skills
- No experience required
- Proven work experience within an organised and punctual environment.
- Full UK clean driving licence
- Company car supplied, dependent on candidate
- Generous salary and commissions package being offered, dependent on experience
