Residential Property Conveyancer Lawyer

My client a top 100 law firm are looking to recruit an experienced conveyancer into their award winning property department. The firm are one of the market leaders in the Hampshire region and are seeking a talented individual to join their team based in Southampton office. The team deal with a wide range of matters in relation to residential conveyancing handling sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, equity releases and shared ownership acting for some high net worth and high profile individuals. The team are also exposed to plot sale and new build matters acting on behalf of some national developers. The role will require you to manage a busy and varied caseload of Residential Property matters additionally you will be required to manage a team of paralegals, ensuring the team can manage a volume caseload with minimum assistance whilst meeting the targets of the department. You will be expected to play a key part within the development of the department, regularly attending meetings and establishing strong working relationships with key contacts. The ideal candidate would have great technical ability alongside some excellent communication skills able to deliver an exceptional client service. You will be highly organised with great leadership qualities able to guide and support junior fee earners.
