SalaryA well respected, regional firm listed on the Legal 500 are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Residential Property Fee-Earner to join their well-established & CQS accredited team in their North East Hampshire office.
The role will see you handle a varied case load of property transactions often HNW. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor or legal executive.
The key thing is your ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision and if you have experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions this will be desirable.
