An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join a prestigious Legal 500 firm situated in Oxfordshire. This role is also suitable for Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.
Job Overview:
In the role of Residential Property Solicitor, the individual will play a pivotal part in the thriving Property Law team. Responsibilities include managing all facets of residential conveyancing, ensuring the smooth progress of transactions. With a focus on client satisfaction, the solicitor will handle a diverse caseload within a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Residential Property matters from inception to completion.
- Providing expert legal advice on conveyancing and property law matters.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in Residential Property Law.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
