A well-established law firm based in Guildford is seeking a Legal Administrator to work within their busy Residential Conveyancing department. This role will assist Fee Earners in their day to day work by providing support and an efficient secretarial and administrative service. Duties Include: Managing incoming posts promptly Assisting with dictation Opening files Drafting contracts and transfer documents Preparing completion statements and land registry applications Handling Stamp Duty Land Tax returns Engaging with clients and estate agents on a daily basis Desired Skills And Experience Legal Administrator with at least 1 year of solid property experience Strong and efficient secretarial and admin skills High level of attention to detail Experience in using case management systems, desirable but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very well organised Friendly & professional attitude IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Digital Audio software / Case Management If you have the relevant Legal Administrator experience in Conveyancing, please apply today.
