They are looking to take on a driven and ambitious Residential Property Legal Assistant to join their team based at either their Lancashire or Cumbria offices.

Key responsibilities
1. Preparing legal cases (under supervision) including:
(a) Liaising with/updating third-parties including lenders, solicitors and agents
(a) Drafting documents – transfer deeds, SDLT forms
(b) Handling of straight forward matters under supervision
(c) Carrying out searches
(d) Carrying out registrations and post-completion tasks
(e) Registering charge information with Companies House
Knowledge, skills and qualifications
Minimum of 1 years Residential Property experience
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Good IT skills
Effective prioritisation with ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
