Role Overview:
As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties within London. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction of these properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed. Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.
• Tenant Relations: Build positive relationships with tenants, address inquiries, and handle any issues promptly.
• Lease Management: Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage property-related finances.
• Compliance: Stay informed about local property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

What you'll need:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Residential Property management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with London’s property market and relevant legislation.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Qualifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., IRPM) are advantageous.
• Ability to travel within London to visit properties.
