One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for an AST Property Manager to join their dynamic branch, in Manchester. My client is a leading lettings company with a large and high-end portfolio of properties. They are looking for a Property Manager with at least 2 years experience who is motivated to progress within their growing company.
Your core duties will consist of:
• Conducting all gas safety and EPC checks.
• Ensuring that everything is compliant and conducting check-ins and check-outs.
• Tenancy renewals.
• Chasing rent arrears.
• Arranging and conducting property inspections and giving feedback to landlords regarding any issues noted during the visit.
• Deal with deposit and end of tenancy negotiations, and releases of deposits.
• Liaise with contractors and arrange payment for work.
• General lettings administration and teamwork.
• Ensure that you out all move in files onto the system and scan them all.

I am looking for the following experience/ attributes:
• Willingness to work towards your ARLA, which will be sponsored
• A passion for Property Management and willingness to progress within the sector
• Great at managing your workloads and prioritising tasks.
• At least 2 years experience within Property Management
• Driving licence is essential
This role is a Monday-Friday position with no weekend work. You will have infinite opportunities to gain commission.
