Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join a highly-regarded law firm.
Our client is an award-winning law firm based in Bristol. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their supportive Residential Property team.
The role will involve managing the caseload of a senior solicitor within the team. The areas of work will cover a wide range of property matters (more in the drafting and advisory nature than in pure contractual work). This could include things like:
- Plot sales and purchases
- Leasehold scheme set ups and lease renewals
- Land deals
- Transfers of equity
- Management company advice
- Correcting title issues
- Auction sales and purchases
- Residential support to commercial department
- Lease extensions
To be considered, you must have a background in conveyancing and have a keen interest in property law generally.
