LHH Legal Recruitment are partnered with a highly regarded Somerset law firm to add an experienced Residential Property Lawyer/Solicitor into their successful and close knit team.

The firm pride themselves on dealing with a high-quality caseload of work over quantity and due to several new and repeat clients making instructions they are looking to add to their team.

The successful candidate will handle a diverse and quality caseload of work including but not limited to:

• Residential Sales and Purchases
• Re-Mortgages
• Help to Buy
• Shared Ownership
• Equity Release
• Leasehold Extensions and Enfranchisement.
