New Role | Residential Property Solicitor | 5+ years PQE
A leading full service, Legal 500 law firm which has a large presence across the West Midlands is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their high performing property team based in Cradley Heath.
You will be handling a diverse caseload of Residential Property transactions and must be able to manage matters from pre-exchange to completion. You will also provide advice on a wide range of Residential Property matters to both local and national clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
- Handle a mixed caseload of both Freehold and Leasehold, Sale and Purchase, Remortgage, New Builds files from inception to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
- Delegate work to the assistant or support staff
- Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
- Deal with and raise enquires
The Candidate
- Possess a minimum of 5+ years PQE in a Residential Property role
- Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have the ability to build strong client relationships
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
