Utilising your skills and experience in this field, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex caseload of Residential Property transactions and participate in business development initiatives to promote theirs and the departments services, working alongside the Partner for the Firm.

With numerous awards and accreditations, they are now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their office located in West Midlands.

Responsibilities
- New build
- Freehold and leasehold matters
- Development transactions
- Streamlining processes
- Liaising with other professionals involved in property transactions
- Staff training and development
- Participation in business development and marketing
- A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
- Technically proficient in all aspects of Residential Property
- Possesses sound knowledge of referral arrangements
- IT literate and willing to embrace new developments
- Be pro-active, personable and professional
- Has an aptitude for business development and marketing
