Simpson Judge are proud to be currently assisting one of our strong multi Disciplinary and long standing Legal 500 clients in their search for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor / Partner.
As the successful candidate you will be joining a full office that covers almost all areas of law, meaning that there will be a good flow of internal work being referred to you going forward, however our client is looking for someone with at least 8 years post qualified experience, and someone that has a strong client contact base in the Birmingham area.
There will be a full support structure in place to aid your transition into the new team and there is scope for you to build your own further team with in the great department , or you may be able to work with a focus on servicing your own clients, and being able to refer them to your new colleagues to support them further on other matters.
Our client is currently looking to speak to a range of Residential Property Solicitors ranging from 2 years PQE up to replace a retiring senior figure within the thriving and lively team.
