An established high street law firm based in the West Midlands.
Description
You will be joining a team of around 4 fee earners and 5 support staff in an established Residential Property team.
The firm is very established in the local market and there is a lot of conveyancing work. It's expected that you would probably be dealing with 20-25 completions per month but this will of course vary.
They can offer you a supportive working environment with plenty of admin/secretarial support.
The team are looking for somebody who is confident running their own caseload from start to finish. There are also more junior members of the team which you can be involved in training and mentoring.
The team is friendly, well organised and has a good culture.
This will be an office based role initially but the team are open to hybrid working in due course (likely to be on passing your probation after 6 months but this can be discussed).
There is on site parking.
Profile
It's likely that you will have at least 12 months' experience in Residential Conveyancing and can be confident running your own caseload.
