Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Residential Property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide accurate, timely, and practical advice to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in property transactions to ensure smooth and timely completion.
- Stay up to date with changes in property law and regulations and apply this knowledge to client cases.
- Attend meetings, hearings, and negotiations on behalf of clients when necessary.
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
- Successful candidates will possess experience in the residential conveyancing process, coupled with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Business development expertise and a track record of effectively managing client relationships.
