Job Opportunity: Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Wrexham, United Kingdom
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000+ DOE
Experience: 2 years + of handling own caseload
My client, a reputable Cheshire based law firm are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their dynamic and well established team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling their own caseload in Residential Property matters. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and to further develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of Residential Property matters from inception to completion
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on property transactions
Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in property transactions
Keep abreast of changes in property law and regulations
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of experience in Residential Property law
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
