Residential Property Solicitor
Hybrid working 2-3 days from home
Our client is a high reputable, multi practice area law firm specialising in Residential and Commercial Property. They are currently looking to add a further Residential Property Solicitor to their team, as they see positive growth for the department.
Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, you will need to be confident in dealing with your own caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision.
It would also be beneficial if applicants have experience within new build, re-mortgage, transfer of equity transactions.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a prior conveyancing role, with a minimum of twelve months at fee earner level
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record in meeting deadlines
- Ability to work using your own initiative
- Expert communicator and collaborator, with exceptional client care skills
