My client is a highly reputable and well-established high street law firm based in Aylesbury, with an engaging personality and the ability to work with initiative, be organised and remain calm under pressure.
They are seeking a skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years or more PQE or be a Licensed conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Experience in Commercial property would be advantageous, but not compulsory.
Requirements:
- 3+ years PQE experience in private client matters.
- Experience of running your own case load.
- Experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
