Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive- Part-Time

PQE: 3 + PQE

My client is a highly reputable, independent, and well-established firm based in Romford, providing bespoke and practical legal advice. They are looking to add a part-time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to the team.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more PQE experience in residential and commercial property transactions involving residential freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease renewals and extensions.

Requirements:

1. Able to hit the ground running concerning property transactions involving commercial and residential freehold and leasehold properties.
2. A good knowledge of property law.
3. Proactive problem-solving skills.
