My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Benfleet, they have multiple practices across Essex and due to great success, they are always growing.
They are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 4 or more PQE experience in property transactions involving commercial and residential freehold and leasehold properties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property transactions involving commercial and residential freehold and leasehold properties, ideally including representation of lenders.
- Able to deliver a personal, exceptional, and efficient service.
- A keen eye for innovation.
