SalaryResidential Senior Support Worker
Location: Kingsbury & Uxbridge
Salary: £30,000pa plus £2,800 performance bonus paid quarterly.
Contract/Hours: Monday to Friday - No weekends/bank holidays - (2 days - 11am-7:30pm / 3 days - 9am-5:30pm)
Duties:
- Ensuring that housekeeping requirements and standards are maintained (e.g. keeping the house/s clean and tidy, ordering products, reporting repairs to the maintenance team).
- Working closing with the Referrals Team to ensure we maintain maximum occupancy rates.
- Working closely with the wider professional team around the young person to develop and implement young peoples' support plans.
- Providing advice and support to Support Workers to assist them in their role
- Being committed to your own personal learning and development through supervision, attending training and other learning opportunities
Experience + Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience of working with young people in supported housing, social care, community development or a related field
- Must drive and have a UK driving licence.
- Understanding of the complex emotional and behavioural needs of young people in social care
- Achieved NVQ level 3 (4) or willingness to undertake
