Why Action for Children?
Wherever you work in the Action for Children family, you'll be helping to change the lives of the most vulnerable children in the UK. Last year we helped more than 670,000 children, young people and families.
We're focused on making sure every child has a safe and happy childhood, and the foundations they need to thrive.
A bit about the role
Here at Beaumonds, our culture is unique - we are more than a team, we really are a family! Not only do we want the best for those we support but we want the best for YOU. Our service closes at 11:00am on Saturday and opens again at 9:00am on Monday morning, this means, you have most of your weekends off.
In what other job do you get paid to go on fun days out, get paid with an impressive benefits package, not work on bank holidays, have the opportunity for fully paid training and access to a variety of social groups, fundraising events with like-minded colleagues and friends? With us, you'll be developed and be part of the caring and committed community of social care professionals.

Supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Safeguarding young people.
Helping coach young people to develop essential life skills such as cooking, cleaning and money matters.
