Warrington Borough Council's Children's Residential service is expanding with a number of innovative new projects opening in the next 12 months.
We have an exciting opportunities to join an already supportive and experienced staff team as a Residential / Supported Accommodation Worker.
The role
This is a challenging role where you will be caring and supporting children and young people with a number complex needs to improve their outcomes and achieve their goals.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for working with young people and are flexible, resilient, motivated and committed.
As a Residential Supported Accommodation Worker your weekly rota will move around the needs of the young people you are allocated to support, including working evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts.
You will also benefit from 20% enhancements Monday to Friday between 7pm and 7am and 30% enhancements on Saturday and Sunday between 7pm and 7am.
What's needed?
You must hold or be willing to work towards at least a level 3 diploma in residential care work.
