SalaryWe are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-respected independent practice in the Herefordshire area. Our clients are a friendly supportive practice that provides admin support and the ability to work from home.
They are open to individually looking for either full-time or part-time work.
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- Up to £50,000 Basic (pro-rata for part-time)
- On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £65,000 (pro-rata)
- Car Allowance

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:
- Experience in Level 2 Surveys
- VRS
- Experience in report writing using tablet technology
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Private Valuations
- Carrying out level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
