About the Role:

We are seeking a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our thriving team and help us meet the increasing demand for our services. You'll play a key role in providing market-leading advice to a diverse range of clients, including landowners, developers, and banks.

• Surveyors at any level (Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, Associate) looking to develop their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Red Book Valuations for residential and development properties.
• Participate in business development activities, including attending meetings and events.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in preparing Red Book Valuations (residential & development property) a plus.
• Full UK driving license.
