A independent estate agency, covering the whole of the Bradford region and north region.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Residential/Commercial experienced estate agency or Branch Manager/Valuer to join a leading independent estate agent at one of Yorkshire office. The successful candidate will be a confident valuer, and very good at listing property. You will know the business like the back of your hand, and be able to lead from the front and by example. Being proactive will be second nature to you.
Expected start date: as soon as possible
Salary - £ depending experience
Capacity – Part/Full time
Working hours – Flexible to suit
Working days – Monday to Saturday
Transport – car owner and clean driving licence

You will undertake all aspects of Residential/Commercial Sales & letting property valuation role and duties will include but not limited to;

Property Valuer / Property Lister - Estate Agency
As an Estate Agent Senior Valuer / Lister you will provide clients and customers with a professional Estate Agency service, maximising business from opportunities created.
Key responsibilities:
·To achieve valuation / listing targets as agreed with your Branch Manager
·To integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues
· To ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met
·To be familiar with all systems once trained, procedures and legislation
·To project a professional image to the public and work colleagues
·To attend training sessions and participate fully as and when due
Qualifications: preferred NAEA or ARLA, RICS Qualifications
