Spinwell is recruiting for a Resource Co-ordinator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RESOURCE CO-ORDINATOR
To Input and maintain rosters and rota information onto Force Systems and to manage and coordinate all resources liaising with relevant parties where required.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE RESOURCE CO-ORDINATOR
- Must have achieved 5 x A- C grade GCSE’s or equivalent or able to demonstrate equivalent skills and abilities.
- Must be able to evidence previous experience of using office systems and administration / co-ordination and be able to evidence a high level of computer literacy.
- Must have experience of liaising with a wide variety of internal/external customers including challenging and complex enquiries.
- Must have experience of dealing with large volumes of information and be able to demonstrate ensuring data accuracy.
- Must have a good knowledge of current legislation including Work Time Directive and national policy relating to Operational Planning
- Must have a good knowledge of Police Regulations and Police Staff Conditions of Service relating to the management of rostering
- Level 1 Welsh (training will be given). Fluency in Welsh desirable.
