As a Resource Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants in Grimsby. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing and managing approximately 60 temporary employees, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery as well as recruiting the ideal candidates for our clients.

**What You'll Do:**
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of temporary employees.
- Support recruitment consultants in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee assignments.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address any staffing issues or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
**What We're Looking For:**
- Full UK driver's license is a must.
- Previous experience in recruitment is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
