This client are based in and around London. You will be required to attend meetings in person however the role will be hybrid between home and onsite.

Job Description
Are you passionate about optimising team efficiency and maximising project outcomes? We're looking for a Resource Manager to assist our rapidly growing team with planning and resource allocation for client and internal projects. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Managers and the wider business to ensure the smooth running or technical projects including development and design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers to allocate tasks effectively, considering skill sets and availability.
Develop resource capacity plans and schedules to balance workload across teams.
Identify and address potential knowledge gaps or dependencies within teams.
Communicate resource allocation plans and updates clearly to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and adjust resource allocation as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in resourcing within a tech environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Strong organisational and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp and Jira would be great.
