An opportunity has arisen for a Resource Planner to join the busy Home Support Reablement Team.
We are now looking for a new team member to play a vital role in screening and allocating packages of support on behalf of the Home Based Reablement Service.
The role includes data entry of packages of care onto a computerised scheduling system and the support and maintenance of these IT systems.
You will work along side a team of Resource Planners to assist with queries and updating systems and reports on our own IT systems.
You will ensure the staff are deployed in the most effective manner to utilise both time and costs.
You will feed in to user groups so we can utilise the IT systems in the most effective way.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of the allocation of staff resources to cover all existing and new requests for support and have the ability to respond to customer demand from both internal and external partner agencies.
You'll have excellent attention to detail, able to work under pressure to meet competing demands and well-developed IT skills.
You will demonstrate an awareness of the Home Support reablement service and the benefits of IT and technical systems in support.
You'll need to cover a 7 day a week rota, working 28 hours per week, between the hours of 7.00am and 10.00pm We pay an enhancement to your salary for this.
