We are currently recruiting for a Resource Planning Manager to join our passionate and driven team in Glasgow
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategic management of the Resource Planning Team to ensure effective utilisation of engineering resources and to keep non-productive time to a minimum.
- Oversee the hiring and training of the Resource Planning Team to ensure an effective workforce.
- Sets targets for the team and individuals, ensuring they are reviewed on a regular basis.
- Effective tasking and direction of the engineering workforce to complete Reactive, Quoted and Planned Maintenance tasks within contract SLAs and KPIs.
- Develop a CAFM scheduling tool to drive efficiencies and reduce waste.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to project potential trends.
About You:
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
- Experience in working within a Scheduling/Resource Planning environment.
- High understanding and experience with Microsoft Office software packages.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Experience in using CAFM or other management systems.
- Technical knowledge within the M&E industry is essential.
- Sound understanding of planned maintenance requirements and our legal requirements/obligations.
- Demonstrate a strong commercial understanding.
