Teaching Assistant for Resourced Provision Unit

Parklands Primary school is offering an opportunity to join their highly praised Resource Provision. The ‘RP’ unit is part of the mainstream Primary School and can offer great training and development within a friendly team.
The Resource Provision provides children with the opportunity to learn within a specialist setting offering a high ratio of adult support. The provision offers places to children with Complex Needs, as well as providing excellent communication programmes.
You must have:
- Level 3 NVQ
- Experience of working with children with Special Needs
- A desire to improve the life of individuals
- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
- Good communication skills
- Patience
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- A sense of humour and a willingness to smile
The successful candidates would be expected to show a strong commitment towards developing inclusive learning opportunities for all children, in accordance with school guidelines and policies.
