Resourcer For Education Recruitment

We are looking for a outgoing resourcer to join our busy tutor team, Remedy Tutors. No experience required!
Remedy Tutors provide tuition for looked after children and those with special needs.
The role would primarily involve finding new tutors to join our team and registering them.
This is a role that requires a lot of phone contact, but we would provide on the job training so that you feel confident in your new role.
It is not essential that you have direct experience in this type of role, but ultimately you would need to possess the drive and ambition to work within a fast paced role.
A polite and professional telephone manner is required as you would need to speak with candidates on a daily basis.
Desired attributes/ but not essential:
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Good attention to detail
Good I.T. skills (Microsoft packages - Office and Excel)
Multi-tasking skills
Some knowledge of the education sector
