Resourcing Advisor

Your new company
I am delighted to be supporting an amazing organisation with a site based in Darlington on the recruitment of a Resourcing Advisor to join them on a 6-month FTC. This role will report into the Head of HR located on another site in the UK, but they do visit regularly. However, you will work closely with the HR Team based on the Darlington site.
This is a newly created position for the site to support high volume recruitment. My client is looking for an experienced Resourcing Advisor with experience managing high volume recruitment, able to work autonomously and support the organisation's recruitment drive in Darlington.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting hiring managers by working closely with them to understand their needs, in order to engage with and proactively resource suitable candidates through various channels
* Write job descriptions and job advertisements and co-ordinate the recruitment process
* Supporting hiring managers on conducting interviews
* Sourcing candidates through appropriate channels (Job boards, internal job boards & LinkedIn)
* Managing onboarding & pre-employment checks
* Sift applications, telephone screen candidates and deliver shortlists along with candidate profiles
