Resourcing Advisor

We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning further educational institution, who are looking to appoint a Resourcing Adviser on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position (37 hours) based in Birmingham, with hybrid working (2 days home working) and a salary of £27,308 - £29,682.

Part time applications of 30 hours pw are able to be considered.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing high quality customer service and delivering a focused resourcing solution to designated customer groups.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring compliance with Skilled Worker, right to work obligations, DBS and other statutory regulations and internal policies

• Providing comprehensive support across the full range of recruitment activities

• Contributing to continuous improvement of HR services by identifying opportunities for process improvements

• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Experience required:

• Relevant experience in a similar resourcing role in an HR team

• Experience of providing first-line advice and guidance on HR policies and processes

• Experience of maintaining complex staff records accurately

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Knowledge and skills in general administration procedures such as electronic filing, record keeping and note taking

• Good written and verbal communication skills
