Resourcing Specialist £28-30k Full time Fixed Term Contract 12 Months

To recruit support workers at all levels who are committed to delivering good, safe, quality care to some of the most vulnerable people who live in the RBWM localities, whom we support.

Treate commercial value through proactive and responsive resourcing services and the delivery of cost effective resourcing results.

Manage relationships with teams to support the Resourcing Strategy.

To support in the implementation of the company recruitment strategy, reduce agency reliance and contribute to the financial efficiencies of the organisation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

General:

• Accountable for delivering a resourcing service whilst increasing the level of high quality directly sourced candidates.
• Support the development and to drive the Resourcing Strategy which attracts and recruits the right people at the right time.

Sourcing Candidates - Experience to include ;

• Identifying where potential candidates are currently working in the marketplace.
• Experience of recruitment campaigns for all levels of staff from support work to social workers
• Volume recruitment campaign experience
• Confidence to approach potential candidates not actively seeking a new opportunity and engaging with them.
• Gaining commitment from candidates to be open to new opportunities
• Use of social media to identify candidates to target.
• Developing a pipeline of candidates that can be identified for future contact.
• Encouraging candidates to join the Optalis talent pool.
• Ability to produce adverts and social media posts to attract interest.
• Managing candidate expectations throughout the process from initial contact
• Managing line managers expectations and driving urgency to act/interview candidates.

• Ability to assist HR with offers, compliance, referencing as and when is necessary to ensure candidates are onboard asap

This role will work from Optalis HQ in Wokingham and RBWM Town Hall Maidenhead. There is flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
