Respiratory Nurse

The post holder will have the ability to act quickly and make effective clinical decisions to prevent unnecessary Emergency Department attendances, reduce hospital admissions and facilitate early discharge by maximising all appropriate treatment options available in the community and acute setting. The postholder will be responsible for the ongoing management of respiratory patients, ensuring the delivery of integrated high quality care across primary and secondary care.
