About the role - As a Responsible Individual, you will be responsible for the Supervision and retention of Registered Managers and Senior management.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -.We are looking for a senior manager from within residential childcare, with substantial experience of contributing to the corporate management of an organisation. Someone who has worked with internal and external stakeholders, lead projects and delivered initiatives. This role involves receiving feedback from customers and using that information to maximise quality. You will monitor finances, deploy resources, make operational service improvement decisions and communicate these across the business. Exercise change management and oversee performance management and quality assurance.
