Experienced Restaurant Manager or a Food & Beverage professional with supervisory experience seeking progression? We’ll hedge a guess that you’re able to spin 100 plates at once, not literally – of course, but you’re someone who thrives under pressure and somehow is still able to make those finishing touches because it’s all in the detail!
As cliché as it sounds, you'll be all about change, constantly wanting to find innovative ways to put a smile on your customers face. You’ll be juggling customers such as Christian, who has a particular table she likes to sit out because it over-looks the gardens; or Ali who is always up for trying something new and delicious, as long as it doesn’t contain gluten.
