Work for the Island’s Best Restaurant Group for 2021 and 2022, in the picturesque town, Ventnor. Drunken Lobster is the sister restaurtant to Smoking Lobster and is a first-class cocktail bar and restaurant, serving delicious dishes which celebrate local produce, through a Pan-Asian lens. The bar is small and buzzy with an excellent following from the locals.
Drunken Lobster is looking for an ambitious RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER, who is keen to work with a front of house team alongside the best chefs on the island, and help drive forward their excellent standards.

Your day-to-day:
- Managing the bookings and to increase booking capacity
- Manage Front of House team
- Write rotas & control staff costs
- Provide excellent customer service
