We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Supervisor wanting to deliver first-class restaurant experience at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.
The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel provides exceptional, personal, and friendly service whilst catering to a variety of guests.

As a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor you will be required to;
- Support in making memories for our banquet, conferences and wedding guests.
- Work enthusiastically as a member of Food and Beverage Team.
- Utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others;
- Lead shifts and Serves as a role model and drive training & development for the team
- Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.
- Supervise all Food and Beverage operation areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produce
- Ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with the rest of the hotel team.
