What’s involved?
Includes but is not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
-Assessing and improving profitability.
-Promoting and marketing the business
-Stock management & ordering in the owners absence
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations
-Cleaning of Beer Lines in the Owners absence

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
