Restaurant Duty Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. With the business expanding, we have a number of great opportunities on the horizon!

The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and team management alongside a passion for creating the ultimate customer experience.

What’s involved?

Includes but is not limited to:

- Oversee daily operations to guarantee exceptional customer service and satisfaction

- Manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

-Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant

-Assessing and improving profitability.

-Promoting and marketing the business

-Stock management & ordering in the owners absence

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

- Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations

-Cleaning of Beer Lines in the Owners absence

- Experience in a restaurant environment

- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
