Salary:                 £40,000 - £45,000 plus Tronc  

Our client is a premium entertainment business with multiple sites in central London, and we are looking for someone to head up their newly refurbished Restaurant in Wembley!

This role is all about creating a memorable guest experience, with a high-class entertainment offer, a sleek new menu, and a team ready to go! For this position we are looking for someone who is available for an immediate start or with a short notice period.

The Ideal Restaurant General Manager:

You will be coming from a premium casual food lead background, with strong experience in leading process and procedures whilst also being a warm, outgoing, and approachable manager.
This is by all means an expanding concept, we are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure and has the ability to think on their feet when needed.
