We are looking for passionate, talented and experienced ASSISTANT MANAGER / RESTAURANT MANAGER with HIGH-END, TOP RANKED and TRENDY CONCEPT RESTAURANT BACKGROUND to join a top hospitality operator with multiple concepts. 

THE ROLE:

• You must have experience as Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager with a background in trendy / fast-paced / top service / high quality-volume restaurant
• You must have a proven track record, commercial mind, 360° operational understanding and having worked in high profile Restaurants.
• They are operating high-quality and volume restaurant and you will need to be at the top of their game.
• Maintaining high levels of service and your team across the Restaurant and Bar
• You will be working closely with the Director of Operations

THE PERSON:

• Passionate about your role and the industry.
• Polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards
• You will come from a high-end, well-known venue background
• Work in a professional yet friendly manner
• Be a team player, keen to share his/her expertise and assist where required
• Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team
• Experience the operational management of the restaurant as well as financial and analytical knowledge and be commercial-minded
• Experienced in working in Barcelona is preferred.
• Opening experience is an advantage
• Languages: English and Spanish fluency
